- Creators: Individuals or entities seeking funding for projects, ideas, or ventures
- Backers: Individuals or entities providing financial support to projects
We provide the technological infrastructure and community platform but are not directly involved in transactions between users.
3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not be located in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited
4. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
5. Project Creation Guidelines
5.1 Permitted Projects:

- Technology and innovation
- Social and community projects
- Educational initiatives
- Business startups with clear value propositions
5.2 Prohibited Projects:
- Illegal activities or regulated products
- Financial investments or equity offerings
- Gambling, adult content, or hate speech

6. Funding Models
6.1 All-or-Nothing:
Projects must reach 100% of their funding goal to receive funds.
6.2 Keep-What-You-Raise:
Creators receive all funds raised regardless of meeting the goal.
7. Fees and Payments
7.1 Platform Fees:
- 5% of total funds raised for successful projects
- Payment processing fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
7.2 Refund Policy:
All donations are final unless:
- Project fails to deliver promised rewards
- Project is determined to be fraudulent
- Creator violates these Terms and Conditions
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Creator Rights:
Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their projects.
8.2 License Grant:
By posting content, creators grant Fundsunite a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote project content.
9. User Conduct and Responsibilities

- Fraudulent or misleading representations
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Spamming or unauthorized advertising
- Circumventing platform security measures
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
10. Limitation of Liability
Fundsunite INC shall not be liable for:
- Project failure or non-delivery of rewards
- Financial losses or investment decisions
- Technical issues or platform downtime
- Third-party actions or content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fundsunite INC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for:
